Great location, clean and very confortable.

There didn’t live anything in the kitchen , not even a coffee or water. It’s good to receive the guest with something. The lamps on the table room were not working neither the boiling water in the kitchen. It is located on a fourth floor without elevator .

4th floor without elevator, not suitable for elders, or people with a baby

What I liked was the location. It really is a top location property. The location is close to all attractions. The place was cleaned beforehand. The bathroom was huge.

The negatives are several: Nowhere does it say that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is NO elevator. We had someone with us who had a hard time climbing up and it was a real pain. You could hear everything from the neighbors as if they were with us. The second floor is very low, a tall man has to stand there bent over almost all the time. There are no supplies - sugar, coffee, tea. There are 2 coffee machines but no other compliments or amenities. The dining table was dented and knifed, in poor condition. The upholstered furniture was dirty There are requirements to separate garbage, but no bags or space to separate garbage. The kitchen is under the stairs and accommodates 1 person. The kitchen in the pictures is not in this apartment! With 4 beds, there is only one extra pillow. On one bed downstairs the tapeceria was all torn.

It is well furnished and very central with superb views.

Fourth floor and no lift, but one is being installed. Also sound proofing is poor so neighbours and you need to be quiet or sound proofing improved

The apartment is in a perfect location just 200 metres from Piazza Maggiore. Also very comfortable and beautiful inside!

This is an ok stay for those staying few days! 2-3 days is ok. In my case I stayed almost a month and the apt is definitely not equipped for it - NO cleaning supplies, only 1 set of towel per person. Unaccommodating staff, called their office and mentioned these points, that it was difficult to stay 28 days with no cleaning supplies and 1 set of towel, they didn’t do anything. Also spoke to office to get clarification on the booking since it was misleading with pictures of things that did not have in my unit, ex: a washing machine that was one of the main reasons I booked the unit. The staff, who seemed to be a 1 person only office, he seemed to be the only one making all decisions, said that the booking was correct and that my apt did not have a washing machine even though it showed in my listing. The apt right next to mine was empty most of the time, which seemed an easy fix, but the staff didn’t propose any solution to best accommodate my long stay. Shower was clogged - shower over 5 mins would flood the bathroom. See pictures attached. Old Fridge didn’t work - some produce would go bad after two days Confusing listing with photos of apt unit that was not my booking. Old mattress, very uncomfortable for a 28 day stay. I travel to Italy every year and this was the worst stay I had so far.

Location was excellent.

Property was dated in bits and would benefit from being freshened up
