Die Lage ist gut, das Internet ist auch super allerdings ist das das einzige was ok war

Das Treppenhaus stinkt wie eine Toillette, es stinkt wirklich erbärmlich Man muß mit einem Koffer 4 Etagen eine Wendeltreppe hochlaufen Die Einrichtung erinnert an eine Zusammenwürfelung aus einem Trödelmarkt Es ist eher etwas für Rucksacktouristen die keine grossen Erwartungen haben

The apartment was spacious with a wonderful feel. It was central to many restaurants and the Piazza Maggiore. Its a great place to stay and very central to all Bologna has to offer. The furniture was amazing and very comfy. Good shower after a long day out.

The Kitchen was very basic and the 4 Fights of stairs is not for the elderly, faint hearted or those who are generally unfit. Its a long haul with your suit cases, so be warned there is no lift!! The beds were a bit dated but reasonably comfy.

Vier steile trappen op. Was lastig met onze koffers. Het liftje was, zo te zien, al lange tijd defect. Rioollucht in het trappenhuis. Geluidsoverlast van groep jongens in het appartement naast ons.

Er war super freundlich und konnte uns schnell behilflich sein. Die lage war einfach unschlagbar; sowohl für sightseeing, shoppen oder essen ging von hieraus problemlos. Unser größtes problem war es, sich zwischen den restaurants entscheiden zu müssen. Kleiner extrabonbon die betaken eaten unvergleichlich weich😆

Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, leider ist matches davon inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden. Für gäste, welche eventuell kochen wollen ist die küche etwas spartanisch. ( da man aber in Bologna eh lieber essen geht, hat es uns wenig betroffen)

La ubicación.

Cuarto piso sin ascensor. Escaleras a la buhardilla muy inclinada incomoda de bajar. No me gusta que cuando tienen varios pisos mezclen las fotos. No sabes cuál es el que te toca. Nos tocó uno que no tenía cocina completa y en las fotos también salía otro con una cocina grande.

A/C is only at the top floor (split level) but it does not have enough capacity to cool the whole appartment when it gets hot outside. Some noise from outside

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dużo smacznych restauracji w okolicy, ładny widok, sympatyczna obsługa klienta.

Niestety apartament nie był dobrze posprzątany po poprzednich gościach, widać też, że mieszkanie nadszarpnięte jest zębem czasu. Klimatyzacja w teorii działała, ale w praktyce nie chłodziła. Zostały naliczone dodatkowe opłaty za przybycie o 21.
