Heel gehorig je hoort letterlijk de buren en de keukenblok kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Je kan nauwelijks een maaltijd bereiden

Location was perfect

Host was 15 minutes late from the agreed time. Apartment was on 4th floor with no lift making it hard to get luggage to the apartment There was 1 bedroom with another bed on a mezzanine neither of which had any walls so privacy was a problem. Stairs to mezzanine were steep and in fact one of the parties fell down them causing rib injuries The host required the waste to be disposed of in designated bins which were located 500m from the apartment.

Marcello is a very nice and welcome person.The location was great to discover the city , lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was quite at night and very lively during the day/ evening. Piazza Maggiore very closed as well.

The bedding downstairs and the kitchen is very basic if you intend to cook. There are many places to get food though within a walking distance. The pictures are those for 2 flats and deserve more détails regarding the one you choose.

Location in the city

We had to take our own trash out. That wasn’t posted anywhere. It was 4 flights, which we knew, but didn’t know we would have to lug trash along with our luggage. I kept feeling like there were little bugs everywhere. The door was hard to open.

broken lights, terrible kitchen, awful bedding (smelled like strongly scented detergent, couch with stains, really poorly maintained space.

There was no breakfast - coffee makers/pots (small Italian espresso machines) in very bad condition - 1 being broken. Close proximity to the centre of Bologna

Beds not that comfortable Would have been good to know that there was no elevator and having to deal with 4 floors of steps Needs updating - and also a thorough review of lights working, padding under living room rug, strange decor. Not convenient that bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs - maneuvering that in the middle of the night.

Fantastic location and communication with the hosts. Lovely big space and quiet.

The downstairs bed mattresses were quite old and soft. The bathroom drain smell got increasingly worse. The washing machine was temperamental.

Location was exceptional. Popping back to apartment when and if required was easy . Apartment was spacious. Bright and airy. Staff friendly at check in.

Mattresses a bit lumpy and headboard ripped/worn. Shower curtain too close to shower head and could do with replacing. Dated bathroom was fine but door handle loose and tap on kitchen sink loose too. Price pretty fair for location but needs some attention to basics. It looked much better on pics.
