Just to mention a few: We met the front door unlocked most of the time, sometimes wide open. Even when locked, the door itself doesn't appear able to offer much protection if attacked. The staircase and hall were unswept and littered with cigarette butts or half smoked sticks throughout our stay, with heavy smell of tobacco lingering in the air. The property was advertised as non-smoking and a sign clearly asked for the front door to be locked at all times.

The size of the apartment is very good. well equipped kitchen! comfortable living room

The beds could be more comfortable. unfortunately the Internet was not working! but I believe it is something simple to resolve.

The property was clean and large with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was comfortable and the check in and out process was great. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to take out the rubbish or do a ton of things before check out.

I wish there was more plugs by the beds and lamps so you can read in bed without standing up. It would have been nice to have a bit more instructions or labels on things. You have to guess what switch operates which appliances and how to turn on the radiators. These are more helpful suggestions as I did fully enjoy my stay!

The apartment itself was quite clean and located only a few hundred metres from the main square.

The specific area/ street in which the apartment was located did not have the look of always being safe. Bedroom door would not close properly as the door handle was previously broken.

Convenient location ,clean ,comfortable ,had all the facilities

Excellent location on lovely riverside walks, close to Waterfront Hall, St George’s Market, Titanic quarter and an enjoyable walk to city centre. Leafy surroundings, views of Cave Hill one way, Sampson and Goliath (dockyard giant cranes) the other. We met our host only because of a minor problem - the response was personal, immediate and friendly.
