Apartment was good apart from the uncomfortable beds and wardrobes.

Uncomfortable beds and security. We had two intruders in our bedroom on the second night. Not sure how they got in, the front door lock was dodgy or they had a key. They came straight into the bedroom and claimed it was their friends apartment. They seemed surprised to find us there and left quickly. We were very upset with the lack of follow up when we contacted the owners and bookings.com.

Location was excellent. Good facilities. Nice clean kitchen. Easy use of hot water and heating.

Bed mattress was very soft and did not provide any support. Window in bathroom would not close so it was cold in the mornings.

Several light bulbs not working. Cooker hood light not working. Generally rather run down

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Neighbour downstairs was really friendly.

Nothing, was exactly what was needed.

Dirty Uncomfortable mattresses and beds

The location might have been the best thing about his accomodation. Easy to get to the centre (walking distance) and around to bus stations.

We arrived to a cold flat, had to turn on the heating myself. I understand that you might not let it running when it's not needed but to have a cold appartment to arrive into is also not so nice. The window in bathroom was not possible to close so you constantly had a cold draft coming from there. To finish our string of bad luck, the boiler broke down and we had no warm/hot water nor central heating (radiators). Landlord tryed to fix the boiler, even tryed to get a friend from construction site to give it a try (he was no electrician or technician) but non of them was succesfull at repaing it. We were offered to move to a different house for the night but this was a shared appartment/flat which we ultimately decided against. We spent the night in a cold apartment and definetly left it behind us in the morning, moving to a different accomodation.
