The bug situation that was outside in the hall

Very nice apartment, spacious, clean and tidy. Great location to Belfast city centre.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was so close to the city centre. Great location!

The property is a short walk from both the city centre and also the Titanic quarter.

Arrived to find the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests and had to go out for an hour an half whilst it was cleaned. There are many minor issues, some of which could be easily resolved: a new mattress is required for the double bed, there are no sockets where you need them (by the bed or near a mirror), there are no hooks in the bathroom for bags or towels, the rug in the lounge is dirty. Even a new washing up sponge would help! The area isn’t great and we kept the door to the property locked when we were in it.

Good location, 15 min to Titanic, 15 minutes centre. The apartament fine in general

Quite expensive For this price there were good hotels . Although the apartament not bad, has lack of maintenance (outside door lock Broken, we could not close door at night, termostatic control Broken, fungus in the border of bath, coffee machines without plastic bucket, fridge handle brken, etc)

location was close to the city centre and easy to find. decent size with a good kitchen

not quite the same as shown in the pictures, been some changes since they were taken (bathroom, different furniture etc) door was difficult to lock/ unlock at times

Comfortable, neat and proper preparation made to receive guests, thereby giving excellent service. Excellent location- walking distance to most places, cutting down on transport expenses. The back side to the waterfront quays, giving Excellent view and good night stroll along the river bank 🤩

Can't think of any on top of my head. Still buzzing for the amazing time had.

shower head , smelly drains , no shower seal on shower screen water over floor dirty cupboard in kitchen ,no tins or dishes in oven for cooking, no tea towel , lumpy mattress on double bed. no smart tv .

Close to the centre

Location (in terms of surroundings) was pretty poor. The access to the property at the rear was a tip, with old beds and rubbish everywhere. As it’s in a block of four flats, the smell of weed was there all the time.
