Im Innenhof befindet sich der Wäscheabholbereich und war jeden Tag ab ca 6:30 Uhr Lärm, das Bett war ungemütlich

Location was okay.

The apartment itself was clean. Unfortunately, my experience with the management company was so poor that I cannot recommend booking through them. When I was searching for accommodations, this listing appeared to be exactly what I needed, including a sofa bed and a large dining table. What I later discovered is that the management company groups photos from multiple units together under a single listing. The photos you see are not necessarily for the specific unit you're booking. After booking, the management company contacted me and specifically asked whether I wanted bedding left for the sofa bed. I replied yes, and they confirmed. At no point was I told that the unit I had booked did not actually have a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the local check-in agent escorted us to a completely different apartment than the one I believed I had rented. It was much smaller, had no sofa bed, and no dining table. The agent contacted the management company on my behalf and even shared screenshots of our previous messages discussing the sofa bed. The management company's response was that I had booked a studio apartment and that the sofa bed communication had been a mistake on their end. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or offering any solution, they told me they "could not make a sofa bed magically appear" and would not provide any compensation or alternative accommodation. I found the response dismissive and unprofessional, especially since their own communications had reinforced my understanding of what I was getting. To make matters worse, the toilet seat in the apartment was not attached to the toilet when we arrived. I reported it immediately, but the management company never responded, and the issue remained unresolved for the duration of our stay. Had the management company simply acknowledged the mistake, shown some empathy, or attempted to make things right, my review would be very different.

toutes les informations sont données par messagerie ou chat ou fichier à charger ( en pdf), il faut donc être à l'aise avec les outils et avoir un smartphone qui est chargé et peut recevoir les signaux ! En particulier pour trouver le moyen d'accès et les bonnes clés du trousseau, il faut bien avoir chargé sur smartphone le fichier explicatif détaillé (en anglais) avec photos.

La posizione perfetta per il nostro soggiorno a Bologna, appartamento abbastanza pulito e letti comodi.

Le uniche pecche, un po' di polvere che girava nelle camere e la tenuta della doccia, l'acqua arriva fino in soggiorno se non fai attenzione.

Posizione eccellente a due passi da Piazza Maggiore e al centro della via commerciale. Nonostante fosse proprio centrale la sua posizione non influisce sul confort. Appartamento molto silenzioso

Dotazioni dell'appartamento un pochino scarne. Alcune manutenzioni da fare come la tavolozza e/o gli accessori del bagno. La doccia, per quanto si possa fare attenzione allaga, c'è una vistosa perdita d'acqua nella parte inferiore del box. Molto comodo il phon in dotazione ma ha una spina shuko e non c'è un adattatore. L'unica presa utilizzabile per il phon è nell'ingresso. Mancava una scopa e/o qualcosa per poter asciugare il pavimento che, visti i problemi della doccia sarebbe stato molto utile. Suggerirei di sostituire la lavatrice con una lavasciuga. Comodo il poter lavare gli indumenti ma non c'è posto per stendere, visto che non si può nemmeno asciugare per terra.

Great apartment. Very central. Easy to get to, and instructions were simple. Beds were comfy. The washing machine and dishwasher was easy to use. We loved our stay.

It could be a little loud at times. But it was fine.
