At the entrance of train station, next to city center, affordable price,easy check in.

Air conditioner doesn't have a remote but a small panel in the kitchen and good luck making it work, from time to time heard people talking loud and yelling on the street at nights, not good insonorization.

Location. Communication. Accessibility of keys and flexible arrival.

Toilet shower. Rock hard bed. Rock hard pillows. Couldn’t find control for heating/air

Great location, close to station and town. Coffee, tea, milk, juice and breakfast snacks provided which was good. Fast WiFi.

Bed mattress and pillows too hard and uncomfortable. Noisy street at night with people shouting, talking, arguing. We were woken both nights with this. Interesting arrangement of toilet in shower cubicle.

Great localization: just few steps from Marconi Express and Railway Station. Old town and most of interesting spots are within walking distance. Remote contact with the Hoest: efficient Wifi: great! kitchen equipment: great. having no breakrfst option we were delighted by full and sufficient kitchen equipment and some extras sucha as tea na coffee. Bed quality: outstanding Bathroom: well organized

The facility is situated in rather noisy place. People walking and talking loudly in the night are frequent, so, if you are sensive to the noise you will not sleeep well. The stink form the sewerage (bathroom) is very strong. Probably it is quite difficult to repair. but be warned to keep the door to the bathroom closed alt all time. There was no toilet paper provided (it is ridiculous, whe you combie it with the price for the facility). Remember to take your own toilet paper if you do not wish to relay on the bottom-flush.

Location of the property is very good and 2mins walk from Bologna Central. Room Heater was working good, basic kitchenette were there. Basic facilities except washing machine were available.

The price was including breakfast but breakfast was not offered. Bath room was smelling like drainage. No peppers, sugar in the kitchen. Pillow was so hard and could not use them. No lift for 3 floors. Carrying luggage was difficult. (We knew while booking)
