I am a European Israeli citizen, a digital nomad who has been traveling in Europe for two years with my dog ​​and in the last few months I have settled in Bologna. My partner lives there and studies at the university We took the apartment for the location- nearly the train station. Because I had an international flight with the dog (she is big) and I had heavy equipment and I wanted to be comfortable and travel to Rome to the airport by train. The owner of the apartment, Laura, does not like Israelis.. As soon as she realized that I am from Israel after I sent her my passport, she suddenly stopped writing in English and speaking in English, but only in Italian. without any effort to help. and became antipathetic. I arrived at 5 pm for the late check-in at the request of the hostess as required - an hour very late. I went up 4 floors without an elevator. The apartment had a really bad smell. It was very hot and the temperature was 32 degrees Celsius outside. And it was impossible to stay in the apartment because of the heat. The air conditioner in the apartment did not work!! (According to Booking there is air conditioning in the apartment, the host said it broke down. I asked for a fan at least. (It's basic and you can also buy a fan for ten euros) She said she would check, I waited all evening for a message from her and she didn't get back to me. I informed her that I will not sleep in the apartment without air conditioning or a fan She promised me in the morning that if I returned the keys she would not charge me money for the reservation. So I did. After that she also blocked me on WhatsApp.. (And all that I have one more night.) After that, Booking contacted her to return the money to me, she flatly refused. Everyone will make their own decisions. Whoever wants to pay people like her, good luck. We will meet very soon in court, there is proof for everything! It's not the money, it's the justice.

Toilet & shower combo is impractical

Nice rooms and neat house. It was very clean and the wifi is fast!

The bed and pillows were not comfy at all. Also I didn't understand the pink light in the bedroom. Also toilet inside the shower?!

I loved this beautiful flat! It's very cozy and fully equipped with everything you need. Perfectly clean!!! The bed is comfortable! There is heating for winter and air-conditioning for summer. Location is fantastic, only few step from trains/shuttle to airport and 15 min walk to city center. The host is very nice, fast to reply to messages and willing to give any information needed within minutes. She even helped me with a special request I had!!! Wifi works perfectly. Absolutely recommended!!!!

Close to the train station.

Toilet placement in the shower cabin that had a seat with black mold was terrible, along with the smell there. The general cleanliness of the apartment was terrible, a lot of dust, stains and general lack of proper care. When i asked host why is she not changing rotten seat, she just responded "it's a bad purchase", but did not take any actions or considerations of changing anything as far as i know. Breakfast was only sweet pastries, and some of them were already stale.

Good location near of train station. Nice appartment.

We had trables to pay a city tax as we got information when we already left. It was the only one negative point.
