Central location, all good

All good

Very convenient place to stay if you want to be close to the central station.

It was a little bit hotter than expected.

Location close to the train station.

The checkin/out schedule is very uncomfortable. The host wasn’t helpful and arranging at all to allow us to leave all our luggages before the check in (at 5pm) knowing that outside was 39C. The same for check out, the host was insisting in a rude way to check out at 10am. The host wasn’t available to answer my call, when I tried to call the host hung up. Such a rude behaviour. Only messages of WhatsApp were possible, making the communication long. All the rest fine. But the host has to make a change on the way of communicating and receiving guests.

We chose this apartment only because of its great location. It is close to the city center and train+ bus station.

We didnt like the bed and the pillows - it was very uncomfortable to sleep there -because the bed and the pillows were very hard. Our necks and backs were hurting pretty bad in the morning. Also the window in the room was kind of broken so we couldnt open it properly. I would like to recommend to the owner to put more towels for the guests, not only 1 per person for the whole trip (we stayed for 3 days and it was inconvenient ) we would appreciate more of it.

The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items needed for cooking etc. The location was close to the bus/train station/monorail stop. Bed was comfortable. Communication with host very clear.

Bathroom - first time experiencing having toilet in with the shower - really tight space. - side note apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. No lift.

Lovely and cosy home in a very convenient location. Everything you need including fully equipped kitchen and balcony.

Lights was out all of sudden during the night time. Heater was dead as well. It was darkest, coldest night I have ever been in Europe. It was very hard to communicate with Host. Because she only can speak Italian. Also it is very hard to find exact house location. You need to use shower booth with toilet bowl in a narrow partition.
