Emanuele picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the apartment which was great.

Streets nearby could do with being cleaned by the authorities, but you are in the central area to see all the sights in about 10-15 mins.

We stayed 3 nights, the place was perfect and clean it's close to the buss station 3minutes so you can enjoy other cities around and it's close to the center , the host was amazing he made us feel like we were at home.

The host was excellent and he did a free pick up and drop off from/to the airport. This was especially useful as we arrived at 10pm. All facilities good and within walking distance to the main areas of interest. Very convenient for the train and bus stations.

The room is ground floor so we couldn't really get any natural light. It's not a big issue if you spend most of the time out and about.

Emanuele is an amazig host and the property was very clean. He offered free shuttle, which is rare nowadays. Don't think twice if you come to Catania.

The apartment is wonderful. We recommend. Near the bus station. Good location. Very beautiful city.

Everything is OK with the apartment But you should take into account that there are waste management problems in the city :(
