Ubytování velmi blízko centra, Parkování v podzemní garáži v -4 patře. Supermarket Pingo doce 4 minuty chůze.

Majitel před příjezdem vůbec nekomunikoval! Měsíc před příjezdem neodpovídal na naše dotazy, do poslední chvíle jsme byli ve stresu, zda ubytování vůbec existuje, protože ani Booking s ním nebyl schopen navázat kontakt. Pokoj nebyl připraven, museli jsme půl hodiny čekat. Není k dispozici prášek na praní (majitel řekl, že si máme koupit sami), ani sáčky na odpad. V koupelně plíseň na stropě. Shower gel a šampon staré a zředěné vodou.

O apartamento era espaçoso e bastante completo, com amenidades. Não fica na área turística, mas foi possível chegar aos pontos históricos após 20 minutos de caminhada. Fica perto de supermercados e serviços, é uma área de comercio, pode ficar meio deserta aos domingos. A cama era confortável e a cozinha era completa. Muitos armários e estantes disponíveis. Ventilado e alto.

Aguardamos por 30 minutos a chegada do anfitrião com as chaves, mas tudo correu bem. O ponto baixo foi o banheiro, o chuveiro fica acima de uma banheira com cortina plástica, não era fácil sair sem escorregar. Tivemos que acompanhar de perto o banho das crianças para evitar acidentes e mesmo o nosso demandou cuidados. Além da banheira ser escorregadia, a cortina plástica não bloqueava a água que se espalhava pelo chão. Outro ponto de preocupação era a garagem, muito íngrime, escura e de difícil acesso. É preciso ser um excelente motorista. A rua não é bonita, parecia meio abandonada à noite. Sentimos falta de uma segunda chave de acesso, visto que nem sempre estávamos juntos.

The host, Afonso, is a gentleman. He gave us all the instructions to find the place and met us in the property to hand the keys and explain about the parking. The apartment had all amenities available such as hair dryer and fans (important!). He also gave us restaurant and coffee shop tips.

It was good to meet up with Alonso who showed us in and recommended restaurants.

Thos was a large comfortable apartment, only 5 minutes from the old town. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Location was great, close to most of the places we wanted to see. Alfonso was a nice guy who greeted us when we arrived with a lot of helpful info and even made a reservation at the free fado show at the santa cruze cafe next to the church. I wished I can say the same about his boss lPrior to arrival. I asked for a reliable luggage storage options before the 3pm check in time one but she never responded. Why then her initial message say to contact her with any questions. Thankfully I was able to find two places using Bounce which were both in close walking distance to the apartment. Apartment is somewhat dated but we only stayed one night at a reasonable cost so all in all it was good.

Host should be more responsive and provide necessary information more timely. Only heard from her employee in the morning of arrival day. Hosts at other apartments we stayed have been more than happy to provide information. Because no one contacted us until we were on our way there, I was concerned about our reservation
