The location and included parking was perfect. The host was fantastic! Best check in experience I've ever had through booking.com, walked us through the apartment and took us out to lunch as we arrived early and the cleaner hadn't finished preparing the room. Thank you for having us.

The apartment matches the photos, is well worn and needs a refurbishment - however this is reflected in the pricing and photos. Agree with other reviews, the bed was uncomfortable. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep while exploring Coimbra.

Close to all attractions. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our host, Afonso, was most helpful, suggesting a local restaurant with good traditional food, and reserving us a table one evening to watch a fado performance.

Some basic essentials were missing, such as salt, pepper & paper towels. The bathroom was a bit tired looking, and the towels could use replacing.

Excellent location, free private parking onsite was great.

The host was very kind and helpful. He met us on the street, showed us where to park, showed us the apartment, explained everything. When many people rent according to the "self check in" principle, this is a real rarity for a local host to talk to you, give you answers to your questions. During your stay, you can easily park in the garage for free, and afterwards the host showed us where we can safely leave the car for free all day.

The apartment smells because of the mold in the washing machine. The bathtub/shower is very slippery, and there is no bath mat provided to keep someone from falling while in the shower.
