Afonso was an amazing host! He made our stay very pleasant.

The apartment was great, I would only say the mattress wasn’t very comfortable but ok for one night.

Afonso greeted us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and garage. He offered to make reservations for us for lunch. He made reservations to enjoy Fado music and told us how to easily walk there. He met us there and showed us where there was a grocery store and the University. His service was beyond excellent. We enjoyed the apartment which was furnished with extra items to make it feel like home.

Spacious flat and good location. They nicely arranged the sofa bed, which was very comfortable, for our daughters (4 and 5 years old) prior to our arrival. Good shower pressure and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped - we cooked one meal and prepared breakfasts. Although we could occasionally hear the upstairs neighbours, the location seems to be quiet overall.

The mattress of the master bedroom was acceptable although it could do with an upgrade.

Good location, quiet both inside the building and from outside, good layout - a separate kitchen room, free parking (though at -4 level).

Would be a great apartment, but bit by bit in all rooms there is something out of order, what in big picture is annoying and creates an impression of worn-out and non-maintained property: some bulbs do not work, kitchen cabinets doors falling out, hair dryer not working, iron somehow poorly working, bathroom door hardly closes, toilet seat nearly falling out, hallway closet doors jamming, etc etc etc.
