Noisy neighbors. Sound carried because the walls were not too well insulated. Other than that it was good! Spacious with good amenities

The apartment is a very big one, it is very nice indeed. It was really very clean and comfortable. All the rooms are big. It provides all the facilities. Really great!!!The apartment is bright, It is located near the city center. The owner very friendly, always available to help us, provided us with the information about our arrival and he was in contact with us all the time.

The apartment is rather large and definitely allows for a good stay. It has a separate bedroom and a large living room. Kitchen had all you need for your stay. It is located in between the main train station Coimbra-B and the city, which is great as location. It is still walkable distance to many POIs, although the city is not large in itself. It is close to two large supermarkets, so if you want to dine in at the place, it is also great. Definitely good location and I would imagine still quiet during busy periods.

The appliances in the place require update, as they are old and for example the coffee maker was leaking water. I think it is small issue, but it could make the stay better and more enjoyable. Bathroom definitely also needs an update as looks old and exhausted. While the place was clean overall, there was still some dust here and there.
