Need to sort out the numbers on the door, I arrived a little late, in the dark, Could not find it that easy as the numbers were hard to see and find in the dark

Mattress was fine and the TV was okay

Horrible exterior, cheaply and terribly decorated. Minimal kitchen utensils. No parking, bad area. The house itself feels like an unkempt dirty student flat. Absolutely shocking value for the money. The check in was far from simple, took nearly half an hour to actually get into the flat.

Easy to access via key safe box.

Way way way too many emails in advance of the stay. It was relentless.

The room had a fridge and microwave and was really well stocked with utensils for cooking and eating. It is really central just minutes from town centre and railway. The owners were easily contacted and replied in a very timely manner, which I appreciated.

The shower was on the very small side and there were no other seating or table so I had to sit on the bed to eat and have coffee. This apartment is fine for solo travel, however a little small for couples.

Plenty of storage space and reasonable size. Bed is comfortable overall. The location was ok, some car's window had been smashed into which made parking there quite risky. It is close to castle park and Cabot Circus if you need any shops or a nice walk in a park. I booked the room for 5 nights and thought the "fully equipped kitchenette" would be useful but didn't realise it only has a microwave, perhaps slightly misleading. There is plenty of cutlery and plates etc. not all were clean.

The room appeared clean at first sight but the floor was very dusty. There were rose petals and big balls of dust under the bed... Better cleaning needed overall. The heater was not powerful enough to heat up the room. Over night the room reached 14° with the thermostat at 35° on manual. The shower is very small and lacking power, making showering quite uncomfortable. I had a broken shower head which made the shower even worse. When asking for a replacement, I was asked to send a video first. The entire process took two days. A big patch of mold in the shower ceiling. There were bird feathers all over the landing and it smells quite musky. Perhaps a door to the bin room would help this. There was a big dent in the wall, which doesn't help with the feeling of the room. And the TV aerial is very loose. It took a lot of fiddling and moving the TV to get any channels to work. Rattly headboard.
