The location was good

confusing when booking - we thought we had an apartment but it was just a studio; It wasn’t clean; the communal hallway looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months; electric heater needed to support the central heating; no hand soap; towels were damp in arrival & looked (and smelt) like one of them had been used

The fitout of the interior was good. Looked like the image. quite relieved given the state of the hallway.

This was the smallest shower I have ever been in. The bathroom radiator wasn't working and was like being in a refridgerator. Big complaint is the heating! I came in at 11pm, put the heating on full and expected the room to warm up as I slept. it was 12 degrees. when I woke at 2am freezing because there was only the thinnest duvet, it was 14 degrees. There were no spare blankets, only a fan heater which was incredibly noisy and would intermittently turn off--imagine being on an old plane where the engine occasionally dies. Impossible to sleep! Work day really suffered as a result. When i requested a refund for the night, they rejected it because the next person didn't complain. Could only imagine they were too drunk to notice. But for everyone else who doesn't want to sleep in their clothes under the spare towels, just book the ibis! same price and it will be warm.

The area was not safe and had my car broken into whilst parked there. The room is small and shower is tiny so be warned.
