Great location, great host, extremely accomodating, very peaceful. Great facilities

Apartment was well appointed and cosy. It is located across from the Ross Reservoir walking tracks which was a great place to walk our dog. A lovely garden which I can imagine looks beautiful in the spring and summer when all the roses and rhododendrans are flowering - loved listening to tge tuis in the garden.

Location is in a steep area of Dunedin which may get slippery in the winter with frosts. Not a major deterent but just one to be aware of.

The place was lovely and had everything you needed. It was very quiet and very comfortable. We slept well the birds outside the window were a joy to watch, when having your morning coffee.

A comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment. Beautiful garden. Comfortable bed.

Location close to town .Set amongst native bush alive with bird sound ,delightful sheltered garden and lawn which you see from each room . ‘Tis truly peaceful .Apartment has heaps of artwork leather couch , Turkish rugs , everything extremely tasteful , warm with efficient heaters and some underfloor however sun streams in to each room which have doors out to the garden . Outside garden seats , parking on property . Kind ,considerate ,really super hosts who allow well behaved dogs ! This is a wee gem tucked away .

Small bench in kitchen area . Internal stair from hosts apartment not walled off . In saying that the owners do not use this stair .

This is an awesome place to stay in Dunedin. Friendly hosts and close to town I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly

Lovely place to stay and beautiful garden - very easy for the dogs too.
