Moderno apartamento excelentemente ubicado en el centro de Funchal y equipado con todo lo necesario. Situado en una zona tranquila y con un centro comercial al lado con todos los servicios, incluidos supermercado y restauración

We absolutely loved how centrally located the apartment was, with everything just a short walk away: charming cafés, great restaurants, a stunning park with all sorts of tropical trees from all over the world (Jardim Municipal), and a nearby supermarket (Pingo Doce), inside the Plaza shopping center. It turned out the supermarket even had a small canteen where you could enjoy delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Last, but not least, Vanessa was an exceptional host, answering all our questions and even helping us by booking a taxi to the airport.

The fact that our room (Design), located on the second floor, lacked a balcony, which made us feel that the pricing was slightly high. We understand that booking late may have contributed to the increased rate. Additionally, we noticed that an extra small table next to the couch on the right would have been useful for enjoying a quick coffee or a tea (this could be a tiny recommendation). While there is a table in that spot, it was occupied by a large vase, which we were hesitant to move. Finally, we missed having a pair of scissors to open packages, though there may be a reason they were not provided.

Lovely apartment, well decorated. Location was ideal for us to get to everything we wanted in Funchal. No parking but public car park at €4.50 a day nearby

Location was great, close to shopping center and old town. Host provided a lot of advice and support when needed.

The room i stayed had windows overlooking the street and so everyone could see in the apartment unless i had the curtains closed. The curtains were heavy so no natural light was coming in. Would be good to get additional light curtains. Some furniture could be improved (kitchen chairs)

Appartamento grande, nuovo, pulito, con una doccia super. Posizione eccezionale per visitare Funchal con parcheggio a circa 400 metri a 4,5€ al giorno e centro commerciale sotto casa con annesso supermercato. Vanessa (la proprietaria) sempre disponibile via whatsapp, check-in in autonomia con istruzioni chiare e semplici.

Il nostro appartamento non aveva balcone, forse l'unica cosa che sarebbe stata un plus. Ma va assolutamente bene cosi com'è

The apartment was great. We especially liked the terrace and the location. We enjoyed the free Jazz concerts at the Municipal Park which was only a few steps away. The cable car, marina and the old town were all in close walking distance. There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided. Vanessa gave us lots of ideas of where to visit in Madeira as well as good restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed our stay.

There was building work below, which was out of the control of the property, but the drilling and banging noise was annoying when we were in the apartment during the daytime on a few days.
