Location was good.

Shower cubicle was very small, and the key of the room 2 plays games. Owner did not apologize for keeping us waiting in the sun for a good 2 hours cause he forgot to give us the key code.

Comfortable beds, I slept well and there was AC and newly-equipped mosquito nets! A TV that actually has working channels. Well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom (albeit not-ensuite and tiny shower cubicle impossible to turn around in it)

There was a unpleasant odour inside the whole unit that seems to be coming from a drain-pipe. Here's the thing, you can't cover with up with any amount of room scent (that was scattered everywhere). There is no siphon in one of the kitchen sinks so maybe there is an easy fix, but unfortunately owner didn't acknowledge the problem. No, its not about cleanliness - everything was spotless. I had to put a pillow under my door because it was so bad and it is not something I can easily get used to. Its a shame because I liked the style of the apartments (albeit you shouldn't mix IKEA furniture with antique items). You should really listen and get this fixed.

The room and the place is big with all you would need for your stay, the positions is also great, very close to the metro station and supermarket. The furnitures are a bit old but working, if you are fan of antique places, you would even enjoy it.

for me the wifi didn't work well, Pierluigi told me that unfortunately it can happen if it rains!

The host was very helpful. The room, bathroom and kitchen very fully equipped and clean. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared. Much space for all our stuff. Location very comfortable.

The little disadvantage - quite loud noises from outside but it's understandable (city center, architekture ect)

Appartment is very stylish, 18th century spirit, full of heritage. Very clean. Staff is friendly.

The rooms. They were spacious, with balcony and beautiful fniture The host is extremely helpful And the kitchen is excellent

The bedding was comfortable and the room was clean

The location looks a bit dodgy from the outside especially when arriving at night. There are no numbers on the door and we had to ask a person passing by to tell us which door we needed to get in to. The building looks abandoned from the outside and the mailbox was overflowing with magazines.

Stayed here last week for a few days. Clean room with a balcony, air con, and my own bathroom. Great value for money. Pierluigi was also a huge help. He gave me directions and recommendations for places to eat, visit etc. And also helped me get a taxi on the last day. Good place with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
