Zero response from host by phone, text, email, booking portal, when we couldn't access property (or thereafter!) Address and access was ambiguous - took us over an hour to access the property Broken blind Lumpy mattress, bobbled, and make up stained sheets Noisy and disruptive guests in building No lamps or side lights No shower mat or hand towel Stained furniture

Really close to town. Good to have basic cooking facilities which gave our trip more flexibility. Good instructions and easy check in

There was a smell in the bathroom of drains, so not sure if anything could be done about this.

Location

A few minor issues duvet and duvet cover not clean stained.Light in bathroom turns off to quickly on a sensor.Shower head not secure.Unclear check in instructions

location was fantastic, interior and clenleness good, plus a few aditional bits such as tea/coffee etc. The comunications were good from the host and acess was quite easy.

The bathroom - did not realise it would be like a caravan bathroom in size, was not possible to clean theath or have a shave, the sink was so so small two cups of water and was full. Also there is a daylight window in the roof of the bedroom with a blind that did not work, the appartment above could look from balcony and see me in bed. Luckly was December/dark so was not too worried, but would not liek this in the summer. No instructions for the blind which I belive to work from the control on the wall, they lit up but did not work.

E erything else was great

The bed had a big dip in it had to put a cushion into the dip to make it comfy otherwise everything g was great

I loved the location and how it was in the centre. Very spacious and bed really comfortable. Staff were quick to respond to any queries and instructions on the day were clear.

I thought everything was great accept only a 2 radiators overall one in the bathroom and one in the living area which didn’t work so in November it was very chilly at night so I would say this needs fixing for us to return.

Location and proximity to town centre

Property was not clean, floors were dirty, shower was mouldy, multiple light bulbs fused throughout the apartment, many damaged items throughout the location such as bed side tables, kitchen cupboards

The property is in a great location of the city centre. You are only a short walk away without being right in the middle where it can be noisy in the easy. The hosts were extremely accommodating and provided everything you could need. From pots & pans, to extra duvets and pillows. The decor was lovely throughout and had a really cosy feel from the minute you stepped in. The apartment was perfect for a 2 person stay and was very spacious as well. It just felt like being at home. We would definitely be back!
