Grosvenor Stylish Apartments - Chester

Nothing, there was no experience - spent 4 hours training to gain access to the building to be told there is no stay.

Unable to access the apartment. Contacted booking.com and still couldn’t obtain access. Really really poor - hosts never answered their phones and left us stranded.

Nothing as wasn’t left any pin to get in as other people didn’t so had to book elsewhere wer! AVOID!!!

Enjoyed stay in great location with everything needed close by especially Nando’s!😀 had no problems checking and alex was very helpful with any questions I had.

Location is amazing and the bed is comfortable, apartment was nice and modern.

Always a unique experience. Clean, stylish, and very well located. You can clearly tell there is an intention to please the customer. When I was leaving, I had the pleasure of meeting the house keeper . She returned some beauty products that I had forgotten the last time I was there, since I visit the place regularly. I found this very polite and thoughtful. Congratulations to the staff.

I was scammed €248 received messages saying I needed to pay this cleaning fee or my booking would be cancelled. Stupidly I paid. A really bad experience. The apartment was ok the mattress needs replacing and a lightbulb in the bedside lamp., and also the sofa. It was ok for the money but will be wary of using booking.com in future.
