Location is paramount. The check-in process is streamlined, offering a convenient solution for guests who prefer to bypass traditional counter queues. Our suites are generously proportioned and offer a comfortable ambiance, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, glassware, plates, and cookware. Additionally, each suite includes in-unit laundry facilities. I highly recommend this establishment for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-appointed stay, and I personally look forward to returning.

The hot tub could have been cleaner, but given the number of guests, it's understandable. The sauna temperature was only 50°C. Also, I booked two suites for my family, and we didn't get them close to each other.

Lock box was on the door made it easy to get in, outdoor hot tub/pool is amazing, underground parking is the best, size of suite is perfect and having the 3 separate spaces it fantastic for us.

room needs a bit of TLC, kitchen tap didn't work well, 2 out of 3 tv's didn't work, we eventually got 1 of them working.

This was a very cozy property.. felt like home

The carpet in our unit was not very clean nor was the pillows.. very yellow… room service definitely needs to be done properly as there were leftover crumbs underneath the sofa pillow

Location. 2 BR 2 bathroom kitchen

Noisy dwelling above us. We had to go ask for them so be quieter. Sounded like children were jumping on the beds and noisy in the bedroom no tv remote in one BR Kitchen knives - very dull

Layout, and space was excellent as well as the view and high ceiling in the living room. Loved the overall design. Parking was very good. Didn't use the pool. Loved the location, centrally located to what we wanted to see and do. Easy access to highway. Quiet and peaceful.

Accessing the key was a bit of a challenge but had help to get it to work. King size bed comforter had no padding in it and I had to double it over and put my dressing gown over me as well to be warm enough. There were no blankets available. TV's, dvd player were dated, not smart tvs so could not access accounts to watch. Only basic TV channels with so much advertising we could not use. Fireplace flame set very low and could hardly see it or get the benefit of the heat. Would have been nice to have a real flame. Stains in living room carpet and kitchen not as clean as it could be. It is needing updating as well

The unit was not clean at all. The duvet was actually dirty. The floor was also not swept. We were not comfortable with the sanitation overall. There was no blow dryer and the toilet was very low to the floor.
