Lovely apartment has all your needs

We had a 6 weeks Europe trip and this was our favorite place to stay. The quality of the accommodation was beautiful. We had a double story apartment, which we did have to climb three sets of stair to get to (no lift) but felt the stairs were fairly easily to climb with suitcases. "Ground floor" of our apartment had a lovely lounge area with comfy lounge, a full size dining table with a very big kitchen area that also had a washer/dryer combo. There was also a separate toilet on this level. Up a flight of stairs to two bedrooms, both with own ensuite. The beds were the most comfortable beds we slept in on our trip. Wi-Fi was great, cleanliness was superb, location was easy walking distance (approx 10min) to central Cardiff. Nice and quiet location. Easy to get into the property. Was very happy staying here.

Not that accommodation would have a lot of control over this, however parking can be a problem if you have a car. It really was a potluck situation that you got a carpark at the front of the accommodation. One night we had to do circles of the area, park in a permit zone around the corner and then go back to the car at 11pm to move the car to the non permit zone. Best to try and plan your movements in your car carefully.

Great location and very responsive and friendly staff.

The apartment was in poor repair and quite dirty when we arrived.

Have stayed before, but this time the apartment was not as clean as before the floor was sticky, some of the sundries were missing. However, the office was quick to respond to put this right
