Aaron Wise - 51 Fitzhamon Apartments

Booked for workers who were very happy with this accommodation. These rooms come under different addresses and some are nicer than others.

The location was excellent, there was lots of space. Staff were quick to help when we had an issue.

Information inside the apartment on how things worked was limited (eg. door locks and aircon). There was not enough crockery for the people staying in the apartment. We had an issue with the digital doorlocks, it was hard to find an out of hours phone number..

The location was very convenient due to the close proximity to the city centre.

The allocated studio was different to the studio apartment that was booked on Booking.com. The studio was switched after I checked-in using their online check-in system but this was only discovered after arriving late on Friday night, the first day of my stay. All the required evidence was presented to a member of staff at Aaron Wise but he was very unhelpful and did not want to remedy the situation with a refund or part refund.

Central location. ten minutes walk into city centre. Self catering.

Cleanliness was poor, no dishes to use in microwave. No tea towel. Two many stairs that I was not aware of on booking

Though the apartment wasn't ready for us at check-in time, Gilberto did a great job setting things straight.

When we arrived we found that the apartment had not yet been cleaned.

Superb location, close to city centre yet quiet, easy access with key code, modern and clean. Staff very attentive.

I arrived after office hours and there was no information packet or even a note with WiFi details/passcode. The remote control for the tv in the bedroom was switched up with the remote control for the tv in the living room. Took a while to figure out why I couldn’t get the tv to work. (Not a big deal)
