Aaron Wise - 51 Fitzhamon Apartments

Very difficult to give any positive feedback given the booking was cancelled due to a "system error" with it showing live on booking.com. The staff were helpful to a point though told multiple lies and were extremely unhelpful when it came to arranging alternate accomodation and refund - pointing us back to Booking (who were not at fault).

Having driven 6 hours we arrived to be advised the booking did not exist on their system. It was showing as active on our booking account and on theirs however somehow the hotel had cancelled it. They had no similar apartments available leaving us hauled up in a tiny room for the first night, followed by having to arrange alternate accommodation the following night. The staff member who we spoke to on the first day seemed helpful at first however proceeded to tell multiple lies regarding refund and leaving us to chase booking.com to arrange refund, of which we only received a partial refund and no compensation. I would encourage anyone looking to book with Aaron Wise apartments to also arrange back up accommodation.

Bed was very comfortable. There was a mix up with the listing, company was very helpful and responsive . Air conditioning was amazing. Location was fantastic for going into city , just a ten minute stroll. Managed to park right opposite accommodation.

Pillows were very flat!

Property was brilliant location and had everything that we needed which was great The staff were super friendly in particular the lovely manager we met in check in and was super helpful

The apartment is spacious. 2 ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor is super convenient for a family of three. Fully equipped kitchen, wash & dry washing machine is fabulous for a summer visit. TV with free Netflix channel added value to it. it's about 10 minutes plus walk to restaurants or supermarkets or to stadium plaza with entertainment. Easy check in & out process.

The 2 sliding doors of the bathrooms couldn't close properly. Add some hooks in the bathroom will be more convenient to hang the clothes during bath. The TV hang on the partition of the living room is a bit high but this is not a big issue.
