The apartment was nice, however the cutlery and crockery was dirty and I had to clean it all before using it. Also the tray from the washing machine was dirty

value for money; cozy and clean with nearby restaurants and transport services. A must stay

The location was ideal to walk places and for public transport.

There was a problem with the shower but it was resolved by maintenance.

Excellent location for Principality Stadium, and also very convenient for city centre and railway station.

Our arrival was less than ideal - we found empty beer bottles on the kitchen floor, damp and stained towels (in fairness these were replaced after the second request). Washing up had been left on the draining board. We would have expected to find a full toilet roll as a minimum - not just the remainder of the roll from previous guests. A lack of attention. On our departure, the cleaner arrived an hour before check-out.

The appartment was everything we expected . Huge living room, very clean, location was excellent very close to the city centre. Shops nearby. It felt like 🏡 away from home. Thanks so much for having us😁

Noisy sounds of people above us after 10pm . But the owner was good in contact with us about it, and solved it.

Cozy little studio, at a nice location, most of the things are walking distance.

The shower didn’t work properly. We found it hard to switch on and it was pot luck if you got the big top shower or the smaller hand one. They tried to fix it but said there was nothing wrong, so it stayed broken. Downloading the app to open the door was a bit of a faff. They were greedy doubling the price because of the Billy Joel concert. We came down for the concert and the location was great but doubling the price was a bit much. I thought they might have at least left us a bottle of wine😂😂
