Spacious, lots of light, perfect location close to the cathedral and the bus station and the ocean. Well-equipped, clean, stylish. The balcony with chairs and a table for breakfast or even work. The communication with the host was easy and comfortable, with a nice welcome gift.

Comfortable house. Enough for our needs. We didn't cook much, maybe if we did we would need some more kitchenware or a bigger dinning table. But that's details. Location was perfect, in the city centre, close to all basic needs, transportation. Perfect to visit all city on foot.

Everything! It was easy to access, easy to get set-up on wifi, the hosts were very responsive, the view is fantastic (apartment 3E), the bedding comfortable, and there was a nice little welcome present of madeira wine, fruit and cookies. I couldn't have been more pleased with the location right in central Funchal

Really, everything was perfect.

The accommodation was way better than the pictures and also my expectations. The check-in was smooth and the instructions given before check-in was very helpful. The Madeira Sun Travel team were always available for any type of queries. The apartment had pretty good kitchen and laundry facilities which was very helpful during the stay.

Comfortable and central. Overall good value. Staff really helpful and really fast response to any questions, whether it was apartment related or just an advice for the trips.

There was a lot of mold in the shower, and ants in the apartment.

Localization big plus, in the centre of town. Let say after a big discount was on ok price but I wouldnt pay a full price for this propably.

Very strange loud noice during night something from road (that is quiet close) when car was passing by some 'gong' noice. In the room located is old style bread oven and inside a lot of mosquitos that attached us during the night that they were hiding inside a chimney.They bite us a lot picture of old oven blocked by me pillow against mosquitos). Table in room was not stable to put a morning coffe so useful. No oven in this apartament to head up food, there was microvawes but I am not using it at all. No balcony, No sofa. There was a hanger for clothes located on very strange way behind bathroom door sticking out from wall on way that I was hiting my self when I was going out from bathroom to the kitchen (pictures attached) Pictures of apartament mostly are from other apartament located upstairs. We got a small room. Limited hot water.
