Great location – close to buses, boats, and local attractions. The apartment was clean, had a lift, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a nice welcome pack with bananas, local wine, and snacks – a lovely touch.

Several issues affected our stay. Before arrival, we received scam messages from the host's account and had to contact Booking directly. The bathroom was tiny, awkwardly designed, and the window couldn't be opened. The bed was narrow for two people and squeaked loudly, and the sofa didn’t unfold as expected. Worst of all, there was no laundry drying rack, even though the apartment had a washing machine. We were told one might be in the hallway, but it was never available during our 9-day stay. This made doing laundry nearly impossible. A drying rack should be a standard feature.

It is in the center of Funchal, it is clean and comfortable. In the Apartmant you have everything you need during the stay.

We had an amazing stay. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat after busy days exploring the city. It had all the comforts we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, restful bedrooms. The location was ideal — close enough to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Had to ask for more cups. Only one provided. Attempted scam just prior to arrival was worrying.

There is no oven. They entered the property to change the fridge without prior notice - so all our belongings, including documents, were at their mercy.
