"Big difference from one room to another"

The second room was big enough with a big toilet and a decent kitchen, not many utensils but just enough for two people, it was clean and tidy

The first room was very small with just a bed (attached to the wall, very uncomfortable for a second person to get out of it), a cupboard, a very small table with no place for a small meal and a small cooker in the corner, the bathroom was very small and with no place to put our brushes etc., it took us 24 hours before someone answered the phone and gave us the WiFi details which were not available anywhere else, when we complained about the room they agreed to move us to another one the next day but they did it by themselves without us being present, they took all our properties (including documents and clothes both clean and dirty) and moved them to our new room... we found this in the evening and were very surprised and annoyed... the new room was like double the size and the comfort of the first one so things ended up well but we found all very unprofessional on the two first days of our stay.
