S.H Apartments

There was a last minute change in our accommodation which was fine by us, but even though I sent several messages and tried to call twice I did not get a response from the host. I eventually received check in details at 5.40pm on the day of check in, by which time I had already paid for alternate accommodation somewhere. I have since advised the host but they have ignored all of my messages and have not refunded our accommodation cost.

Poor communication. Did not stay in the apartment so unable to comment on the quality of the accommodation. Regardless of our estimated arrival time, check details should be provided at least at the earliest check in time on the day of arrival.

It was clean and they have a whole team of cleaners

Noisy area. There are more apartments in the building and since we stayed at ground level, we could hear everything that was going on in the apartment above

Bathroom wa nice and warm

Didnt like the apartment we were moved to. We were told there had been a fire near original apartment and had to stay in a different one that was supposed to be better. Poor location. Very noisy we were woken by neighbours eveynight at 2am to 4am thin walls. Bed too small and doona needs to be bigger. 3 flights of stairs .

1. The room with the kitchen and toilet were mostly clean. 2. Big room. 3. Available at the last minute at an affordable price.

1. The kitchen oven was unusable, very dirty. 2. Very little toiletries provided. 3. The window blinds don't close properly. 4. No parking available at night time, all parking spots are completely occupied. 5. Far from the city centre, it's not possible to stay here without a car.
