Kitchen was good to have.

Fan exhaust not effective as very dirty. Light and fan to bathroom flickered on and off. Bed way too soft. Shower was broken

Though in a very built up suburban St, it is very handy to lots of local shops. The apartment is quite modern and fairly spacious, though not large. With some attention to detail, it could be way better. We didn't have a car, so no problem for us, but looking at the parking nightmare all around this area I would say do not go there if you do have a car to park.

Bed was a basic innerspring mattress, not very comfortable. Also missing a lot of things it lists that it has. For example no table to eat at, no clothes racks to hang clothes on to dry, iron but no ironing board, etc. With just these few minor things fixed it would be a really great apartment.

Location was good short walk to train station to get into Glasgow city centre and plenty of places to eat near by.

We had safety concerns on arrival with a lock issue, people couldn’t get into the building whilst others couldn’t get out until the managed arrived with a key. Maybe we were just unlucky in the apartment we were allocated but ours was certainly not a “superior” apartment and did not fix the description.

The crockery, appliances and cutlery could have been cleaner. Maybe for next time make sure those are cleaned thoroughly.

The room is clean and the shower was a good pressures shower after travelling!

Not easy to find a park if you have a car. Bed mattress and linen are very basic - not overly comfortable.

Perfect for 1 night - apartment had everything we needed. Great location.

The location was good, a short train ride from Central station to Queens Park & lots of shops & restaurants around. Very clean & comfortable room. The washing machine was a bonus.Wi fi worked well. Excellent instructions to check in.

We were downstairs which turned out to be a bit noisy from people in the top apartment.

Comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet location.

Upper shelves in in the bathroom cupboard were mouldy, a chair was broken, the bed was right next to the fridge which woke me up at night. The apartment was less than half the size advertised and did not have a sofa or a dining table. When I asked for a partial refund, the owners failed to respond so Booking.com refunded me themselves.
