Would have been easier if we were advised to expect an email with access procedures at 2pm on arrival day. Difficult on-street parking. Apartment facilities did not match the Booking.com confirmation we received: no "garden view"; no "dryer"; no "dining table"; no "drying rack"; no "safety deposit box"; "socket near the bed" was in fact inaccessible behind bedhead; one of two foldup chairs broken

"BED BUGS"

nothing.

IT HAS BEDBUGS, a huge infestation. We got bitten in the night and jumped up and turned the light on to hundreds. Spent ages in the phone to booking for com for them to just about refund the nights stay. Then we spent several hours trying to find somewhere late at night. Worst nights stay ever.
