Centre Apartment Grotte Bianche 2

Everything ok except the heating didn’t work well and the isolation was very poor so we were cold (visit in January)

The location is great. It is right in the center of the town.

There was mold in apartment no 2. I am not sure about other apartments. But in ours, the smell of the mold was strong. The moment you enter the room you could smell the numb and pungent smell. The mattress was also not that good. It was comfortable but sunk too deep in. The AC also was not working. Parking might seem difficult, but give some time and you can find good spots around the area. You might have to pay 1-2€ for a night after scouting for 30 minutes for a park place.

Everything was ok. The apartament was clean and comfortable.

It was a little noisy inside because of the traffic on the street.

Nice and clean apartment, enough space for two people, comfortale ( even soft ) bed. WiFi worked very well, we didn't use A/C as well as TV, but they are there. Breakfast was enough for us to quick start for our day out, also coffee was tasty. The bathroom is equipped well, there is enough soap and toilet paper, hair dryer, a lot of fresh towels. Me and my daughter spend there 4 nights, didn't need anything else, also check in and check out is very easy, you don't need to meet anyone if you don't want. Please, people, don't complain about stairs and little smell, it's part of this property, just accept it's part of big italian cities, as well as Rome ( stayed in 3 stars hotel, it was the same ) .. Enjoy your stay here, even I cannot recommend Catania itself, this apartment is very comfortable and clean and definitely fulfill our needs.

Some shelves in bathroom would be nice.

Nice place, clean and spacious! Stayed there for few nights and enjoyed it a lot. Check in went smoothly and on requested time. Also great location close to public transport, small street market, cafes, bars and restaurants.
