Clean, good location, nice balcony even few breakfast facilities provided.

The shower tube is narrow Be ready to go 3 floors with no elevator (if you have luggage etc)

Nice and comfortable place quite close to main street. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. Were given breakfast snacks, which was great,

Wifi signal was a bit weak in the bed area, went on and off sometimes.

Everything was perfect! I highly recommend the place, especially for those who can easily get up to the 3rd floor.

The great host and very clean place

No elevator

Very conveniently placed, 5 minutes walk from main downtown area. Not that difficult to find a parking spot for rented car. Comfortable bed, enough space for two adults and definitely quiet room at night - that is an exceptional thing in crowded city like Catania. Host was very helpful and quick to reply to all questions. Check-in and check-out went flawlessly.

Odour from the drain pipes in the bathroom - I guess that is a fault of old installation in the building. Not easy to ventilate the apartment even in spring. Closing the door to kitchen and bathroom at night made it manageable but air exchange suffered.

Kind host and really sweet apartment. Most important, it was really clean and smell nice. We had a complementary coffee and cookies. It’s close to main Etna street and to Piazza del Duomo (10min walk). I would recommend it to my friends. 👍 Good value for money!

Nicola is a wonderfull host, we really enjoyed our stay! you have everything for your stay, and the place is very clean. we loved our small balcony!
