person that received me met me in an easy to locate location, we spoke a couple of times over the phone which was nice. We met, he handed me the key and showed me the place. Even called me during the stay with some suggestions to visit with the kids, specially because it was raining.

The house was in a very narrow street, almost impossible to park. Actually, when parked, transit had to be cut. This was specially bad because i traveled with a lot of family luggage and it was hard to load/unload the car. The only parking space available was a bit far away from the apartment. If you were traveling by foot/transportation, this would be fine because the house is actually well located in the center.

Good location. Close to everything. People with bad legs beware the steep and narrow stairs to the unit. Staff are friendly and helpful in all ways

Before booking, read the testimonials of : Jessica, Spain, 10/09/2022. Alicia, Spain, 23/12/2023. Melanie, Australia, 19/12/2024. My mistake! I didn't read... They all reported having problems with their downstairs neighbour. Noise-related, describing the neighbour's abusive and aggressive behaviour even then. However, not only does the host fail to mention that there is an aggressive neighbour who has no qualms about mistreating the guests of the Housing, the host didn't even consider informing that the space was not suitable for families with small children. A neighbour who, as soon as we arrived and were still unpacking, came to the flat to "warn" us in an aggressive tone to keep it down, followed by knocks on the ceiling every 10 minutes whenever we walked or even just talked. And on the second day, first thing in the morning, at breakfast, new knocks on the ceiling, this time accompanied by shouting, swearing and threats. This left my wife and children, aged 9 and 11, in a panic, fearing that something bad was going to happen to them. I had two more nights, but in their defence we decided to leave the flat in silence. A spoilt end to the year! I warned the Host about everything that was going on. He assured me that "this" had never happened before. When I said that I thought that was strange, the host then changed his tune and said that no guest should have complained before - well, you've seen that there have been complaints since 2022!!! The host then told me he couldn't do anything because he was working. When I sent him a message to say that I had left the keys in the right place, he simply wished me a Happy New Year 2025. Not one apology, not one offer of a refund for the nights I hadn't spent. Nothing! Draw your own conclusions!

Fully furnished kitchen. Hot water with good pressure for shower. Bed was clean. Ample space. Friendly host. Apartment is close to main shopping street.

No lift. Backlane of apartment slightly dingy.

Great central location. The beds were comfy. The man who met us was very helpful and accommodating. He provided parking, walked us to the apartment, showed us around, and gave us tourist tips! Very appreciative!

Like everyone has already said, entrance stairs are steep with no elevator, so only book if fit and mobile. Be very weary of neighbours below who are extremely intolerant of noise and will play loud music plus bang on roof if any noise. Even with us just walking in the apartment, they were banging on the wall. They made staying in the apartment very uncomfortable. The apartment is old, so it's not soundproof. We could hear people above us and outside on the street - is quiet during the night mid week, but I would think it may be noisy over the weekend.

Good location and nice flat for a short stay and parking spot available in a location nearby.

The bath did not have a good drain system and water sometimes came out very hot and suddenly went completely cold. Just be aware that there is no lift and need to use stairs to go to the 3rd floor to access the flat.

Bed was super comfy, quiet street location close to restaurants.

Unfortunately building was noisy, water got burning hot, and tub drained very slowly. Kitchen needs a few more items to facilitate cooking. Several furniture items need updating as well as bathroom. Stairs to unit involve careful climb.

Exceptional location close to River and activities. Marco met our request for extra set of keys, provided information on local sights of interest, restocked kitchen and bathroom.

Plumbing problem: Use of sink water caused bathtub drain to back up. Beds uncomfortable. Three flights of stairs.
