Owner had someone there to help which was greatly appreciated. Super location in “old town.

The location was fantastic. Very central to all sightseeing places and close to the river as well. Plenty of cafes and very good restaurants close by. Parking though not close by was made available for free by the host.

Dishwasher would have been helpful but given the number of places to eat, I guess not too many are cooking at this house

We arrived a bit earlier than check in time. It was possible to leave our luggage in the apartment, so we had not to walk in the city with it. The same is valid for check out. Owner was very helpful and we were happy. And yes, there is heating in rooms in case it is very cold outside :-)

As university town in some moments it can be a bit noisy during nights. But it definitely is not fault of the apartment. The only negative is location on the top floor with no lift, so with heavy luggage or limited mobility, it is a bit tricky.

Apartment was cold, even though the heating was on. Beds were not so comfortable

Francisco met us at the door to hand the keys and gave us a one hour tour of the entire city and a bunch of tips for different places we could visit, it was awesome! He also gave us a card for free parking. He was extremely friendly and attentive.

The ventilation/isolation is not great, which leads to condensation build up. The kitchen layout does not allow for the washer to open all the way. The pipes in the bathroom are exposed and the floors throughout the apartment are not even.
