Good property located in Sector 54. We had a decent stay.

Noises - loud talking noises late into the night from adjacent guests as well as loud songs being played by staff members. After several complaints, they reduced but it was a bit annoying

The staff were very helpful with everything. They clean perfectly and keep it very well. The apartment is nice.

One very big qualm I have with the property is I texted beforehand reading the reviews about the noise from construction since I have a 14 month old baby who does nap in the day. They outrightly lied to me. I was told the construction has stopped but it was going on both the sides of the apartment. Both the bedrooms had terrible noise issue throughout the day. For two nights, there was a lot of noise of people partying till very late. Being jet-lagged, these conditions made our sleep much worse. . They also mention that they have a crib. It was more like a cradle which could only help a newborn. The area is full of construction and it is difficult to get in and out of the apartment many a times.. . The kitchen does have basic facilities and amenities but it doesn’t have basic food items like sugar, salt, oil or spices.

There was no restaurant at the property, hence no breakfast. Had to be ordered in or cooked in the apartment. The location of the property was excellent, just off Golf Course road. The rooms were clean and comfortable. With a living room, two bedrooms, a small kitchen, washing machine, cooking gas and all rooms air conditioned. The bedsheets, towels and beds were very clean. Satyam, the manager was always on hand to help out with any issues.

The property is on a street which is under construction and as such, vehicular approach was over a mud road for about 50 m. A lot of construction activity is going on in the vicinity of the building, which was noisy at times. Having said that, a good option for the price and the location.

Our Booking was cancelled and we were given a stay in low graded area. I had 3 foreign tourists with us and they informed me when I was in way to the service apartment. They changed our stay without informing. I called them many times before and even went to see the place which I booked. They gave us a useless reason to cancel and didn’t even had enough professionalism to inform us a day before. I was in way with foreign tourists and they were even surprised by this nonsense. This was the worst experience we ever had in our travel till date.
