Specious apartment and clean linen.

It’s in between construction site all around.

Did not take breakfast. Since I had taken the whole apartment, had enough space. Although the rooms were not big enough, the living room compensated for it.

Water pressure in one of the bathrooms was very poor. Made a complaint to the staff there, who came and inspected and said he will do something and the pressure will improve, but it did not improve, and we had to manage with one bathroom only. The water line in the kitchen was leaking, making the kitchen floor wet. There was no power back for the lift. In case of power failure, which happened on both days,we had to use stairs which is dificult for senior citizens. Toiletaries were not sufficient.

A spacious comfortable apartment in a modern building a few minutes walk from the Golf Course Road and Sector 53-54 station of Delhi Metro Rail. Inside you get an excellent Wi-Fi connection, a fair share of wall sockets, double beds in each bedroom and a lounge with a tables and a sofa for work or to feast on a take-away lunch. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, but the gas tank has to be arranged separately so we did not use it. There is a balcony in one of the bedrooms, but it was of little use for us as there is a construction site just in front of it. Our host Satyam was always ready to help, and shampoo and shower gel dispensers were filled to the top.

Unfortunately the last hundred meters of the road towards the property are still unpaved, so there is no way to avoid gathering dirt on the outsoles of your shoes. Hopefully this will be over soon when construction works in the area are complete.

Tv’s didn’t seem to work and got water was an issue throughout the week. Unfortunately it’s in the middle of a building site so roads are muddy and dusty.

The place was clean and the building brand new. Kumud was amazing and helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. Close to the metro rapid. Also the gym was really good!
