The place was unbearably dirty. I had to buy cleaning products and pay people to scrub wash the whole 2 bathrooms we were Using!!! The lift was out of order for the entire week of our stay and our senior citizen parents had to go up and down the stairs all the time! They kept telling us that they will fix the lift "tomorrow" and they never fixed it!!! Water kept getting cold while takqing shower. Just a day before we checked In, we received an email stating that we got an upgrade to a 3bhk apartment as they ran out of space in the original place we paid for!! well, it was NOT and upgrade really, as it had too many problems and it was very far from any restaurants or shopping centers and supermarkets, in other words, "middle of nowhere" and it was annoyingly inconvenient. there was a night that we couldn't sleep untill 4 am as the people upstairs were screaming and laughing and banging their doors extremely loudly until 4 am and I don't even understand why they were standing in front of our unit for around 20 minutes at 2:30am while laughing and screaming and banging their doors!!?! There was nobody to complain about it to and even if we did, they wouldn't do anything about it! Will never go there again.
