Très bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtesse réactive et serviable. Lit confortable . Calme.bonne salle de bain. Eau en bonbonne. Pas d!utilisation de la cuisine mais elle à l'air complète sans ingrédients de base.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais dans le salon et table dans la cour.

The apartment was very unclean and full of cockroaches. The bedding had holes in it and was very poor quality. There was mold in the shower. There was hair and dirt all over the floor when we arrived. The furniture was caked in dust and dirt as if it had never been cleaned. We left 2 days early as we found the place disgusting and unbearable. The price is quite cheap, but beware, despite all of the good reviews this place is very dirty and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The apartment was well equipped with all you need for cooking, coffee, even an oven and enough flatware/cutlery. Two bedrooms (one with king size one queen) and two bathrooms, plus a living room and couch made it quite cozy. It was also very nice to have the garden and to hear the different birds in the morning. The host was relatively quick to get back to our questions and requests and even ordered us an additional jug of drinking water when we ran out.

We found the level of cleanliness very poor. The floors were not well cleaned, there were hairs left in the bathrooms, stains on the sheets and you could see a layer of dust and dirt on everything that wasn't a table or chair. One bathroom smelled terribly of mold so much that we didn't even feel comfortable using it. We requested an additional cleaning, but after two full days I had to just do it myself because the cleaning lady next door would not come at times when we were available. I had to get a broom that was left outside in order to clean the apartment. I know the level of cleanliness in Mexico generally leaves something to be desired, but this just looked like they did the absolute minimum. With a decent cleaning service this place would probably be fantastic.

Appartement correct, nous y avons passé seulement une nuit. Très grand lit, chambre sans fenêtre mais avec ventilateur au plafond. Salle de bain fonctionnelle et cuisine équipée que nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’utiliser. Pas très loin du centre, mais désagréable odeur de moisissure en arrivant. Si vous êtes de passage à Cozumel, ça passe.

The one bed was right at the back off the main road, so away from traffic and very quiet. Well equipped with everything you needed even for a longish term stay. Good value for money. Owner Ileana and housekeeper Cheli were both really lovely too!
