The house was very clean and centrally located. The sheets and pillows were clean. It is spacious house. Many necessary amenities were provided. The internet speed was good. The host was kind and responsive. We would like to stay again.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. It is located in a quiet area outside the main tourist zones, so there is no noise or crowds – just pure relaxation. At the same time, everything is still within easy reach, which makes the location excellent. There is an OXXO store just a short walk away, where you can easily shop anytime, which is very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The accommodation itself is perfectly equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A big bonus is the outdoor seating under an umbrella – ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening. Overall, a stress-free stay with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🌴👌

Todo súper bien! Muy comoda la habitación y el lugar. Es un lugar sencillo pero acogedor. Tiene de todo para pasar unos días en familia.

Host was very kind. The location was very good, being close to the ferry and the rest of the centre, while remaining quiet at the same time. The apartment was spacious, with two double beds and a living room with a kitchen. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The fans and air conditioning were also working well.

I did not like that there was a very strong musty smell, that no towels were provided, and that I had to make considerable effort to contact the owner before being able to enter the property. Even once I was inside, other guests arrived and I had to contact the owner on their behalf by phone, otherwise they would have been left stranded outside. I was also concerned to see two medium-sized parrots kept in a small cage outside, which I found distressing and unpleasant to witness.

Genial alojamiento, amplio, cómodo y personal muy amable. A tan solo 10 minutos caminando del muelle de los ferries. La mejor opción en Cozumel.

Soft couch on the front porch. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had a sharp knife to cut veggies..around the corner is los Sarah's a pizza joint that was great. Lots of cheese.
