The Rookery Nook and Brontë Parsonage - Haworth

Located in the centre at the top of the hill in Haworth. Close to everything that you would need. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with great instructions on how to use everything. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. We will 100% be returning.

The location was ideal, in the heart of the village. You could sit in the window seat and watch tourists below.

Very handy location for a short stay in Howarth if you plan to eat out.

We loved the location of this airbnb and the Bronte theme of the room. We used the museum carpark and it was nice and convenient. We are glad we used this one since we had a large suitcase. The room was warm and comfortable. Loved the little details of the twinkle lights, the biscuits, and the vibe of the lighting. Very kind host and easy to reach by message. He offered early check in and late check out.

The only thing that spoiled our stay was our choice of dates because apparently there was the biggest steampunk festival in the UK occurring the same weekend. Unfortunately, this was the same day as my birthday. The streets were clogged, there were people drinking and loud everywhere, none of the shops or restaurants could be visited due to the amount of people. Our room was right next to the pub where they sang karaoke and played loud music until 11:30/12pm. It ruined the atmosphere of this quaint, beautiful town. We were so disappointed by this and the host was gracious to offer late check out, however we had plans to attend the church service next door. The host was very kind and this all is obviously not his fault, but wanted to warn other visitors to not come when this is festival is happening. Spoiled my relaxing birthday getaway weekend. A shame we drove 5 hours to experience that.

It was like going back in time which ties in very well with the heritage of the area. Very tastefully decorated. Was clean and well presented. Bags of character. Facilities were generous. Host was marvellous.
