Tolles Apartment, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war vorhanden, Küche lädt dazu ein auch selbst zu kochen. Riesig langgezogene Terrasse mit Blick auf Hafen und Meer. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Parkgaragenplatz gratis vorhanden.

Leider ist der Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen durch ein Hotel etwas eingeschränkt, ansonsten wären "11" Punkte in der Bewertung gerechtfertigt.

La casa e’ molto calda per le temperature non elevate di Madeira. Si è costretti ad accendere sempre l’aria condizionata, la casa e’ al 5 piano con esposizione al sole tutto il giorno. Non si può stare con le finestre aperte perché di fronte è in corso la ristrutturazione di un palazzo , operai tutto il giorno, purtroppo non tutte le tapparelle funzionano e non si possono abbassare.

Standard of accommodation and spaciousness. Beds were extremely comfy. Communication by Fatima was excellent and key handover very comprehensive.

Not being able to use the terrace as building being constructed opposite. Builders were on the rooftop opposite the apartment six days of the week.

Perfect location. We debated whether to stay in Funchal or somewhere more remote, and we are so glad we decided to stay in town. We did rent a car, but driving in Madeira and finding parking isn't always easy, so it was great to come home, park in the garage, and walk to dinner every night. Many wonderful restaurants nearby within a ten-minute walk. Wonderful, large balcony. The view looks just like the pictures. I think you'll have a hard time finding many other places that have such good views but are also within walking distance to so many things. The apartment itself was bright, clean, and comfortable. Others have complained about construction noise, but we were there for 10 days and usually the noise was limited to some clanking of tools. Didn't bother us at all. There was one day when there was some jackhammering for a short time. The parking space in the garage was tight, so don't get a large rental car.

The A/C did not work properly the first few days, so the apartment was quite warm and sleeping was difficult. After a couple days, the owner did send someone to fix it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. The house is not well stocked. They gave us four coffee pods, a large bottle of water, some cookies and other snacks, and some deli ham. There was also a bottle of Madeiran wine, but we didn't drink that.There are markets nearby where we bought more coffee and other food.

Great location and view!! Very clean! They had everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay! Fatima was incredibly kind and had great communication!

באחד החדרים היו לנו חרקי עץ במיטה ובריצפת החדר רובם מתים חלקם חיים כנראה אחרי ריסוס שלחתי תמונות לבעלת הדירה ששלחה את המנקה מיד לסדר את העניין

L'appartement est spacieux avec de belles prestations

Vis à vis avec immeuble en construction juste devant la terrasse avec impossibilité de prendre le petit dejeuner le matin avec le bruit des ouvriers qui travaillent. Vis à vis chambre avec restaurant obliger de maintenir les rideaux ou volets fermés. Il y a une route trés passante et bruyante en bas de l'appartement à gauche quand on est sur le balcon terrasse.
