Such a great stay, The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The check-in process was effortless. I would definitely book this place again.

I had a wonderful stay, The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything I needed, It’s very convenient for both business and leisure travelers, Highly recommended.

Loved the location and pools even though we didn’t try it because the pools were open at the certain hours and at that point we were so tired and decided to go to bed.

As I am walking in to the apartment, the bathroom was so dirty. There is lots of hair on the drain and around the toilet. You can tell the place has not been given to us at all “tidy”. I am not sure if the towels and the bed sheets are clean too. The towels are stink and have a crusty feeling to them as if they were used but not washed. The bottom of the shower curtain is also moldy. We understand about your rules to treat the apartment as ours and to keep it clean but it is not fair for us to walk in to this. Leave it clean and tidy but the fact wasn’t in my picture at all. We had a flight from Lombok to Jakarta and it was delayed for hours. We ended up getting here late and just accepted what we were walking into expecting something at least clean and tidy.

Easy access to mall and transportation

The bed creaks. The mattress feels springy. The bathroom is dirty, and the floor is slimy. The sofa in the living room is worn out. There is no kettle to boil water. The entire house has not been cleaned properly.
