2 Bedrooms - Thamrin Executive Apartment at Jakarta Center

Great location for our stay

Leaking tap in bathroom. Could have been cleaner. Needs a bit of refurbishing.

Only the pool was nice..

We've expected totally not this. The apartment was not clean, ants &spins everywhere. The water in the shower &in the kitchen smelled really bad. Airco worked not good, the beds were too old to use them. No water at the apartment (the host speaks poor English)..

The location was marvellous. Near to Thamrin City Mall and the other malls. The viiew from floor 31 was awesome.

The beds were rather tired and clumsy.

location was good. couple of big shopping malls within 10min walk. Internet was good. Swimming pool, kids playing area and gym was also good.

Keys handover from caretaker. We have to wait almost an hour for him despite of being telling him about our arrival time. Kitchen utensils are not enough. 3 cups, 2 glasses as many plates. one bedroom mattress was bad, i can feel the springs. Only 1 key given. Had to pay for drinking water bottle. House keeping was communicated 3 days before the booking despite booked 1 month earlier (it was a kind of shock when having holidays with kids) Very less shower gel/shampoo.
