I thought we w like the property as d description bit its not at all. We didnt even stay jn the property coz its wasn’t ready when we came, has problem with the AC in the main bedroom. Surelu we couldnt accept it coz we couldn’t sleep without AC and its our right. But the owner insist us to stay with this situation till they fix it which is not fear. Its should be done before guest come. I’m sure its what all costumer want when they arrive from long tried flight need to rest with proper place not missing anything.

We request for refund due to this situation but no positive reply either from owner r Booking.com, we really sorry for that. We are as costumer should get our right too not only as owner they can just take our money with picture as non refundable r already pass the refund time without clarify the situation, its really not feat for us. We are the looser with this condition coz in the same night we hv to find other property to stay properly of course with double price n for sure disappointed and tiredness at the same time. Just share to other for good. Thx

it used to be good but it is old and dirty.

smelly, very rundown… I think it used to be nice- but not anymore. real “catfish” apartament. no ac in one of the bedrooms- only fan. smell of dampness…

"Very bad experience with the owners and a dirty apartment."

The pool and jacuzzi area are nice and the livingroom is cosy with a nice view from the terrace.

It was challenging to get the keys considering we arrived at 10PM, somebody had to meet us in the lobby. We received a long message including "The apartment shall be returned TIDY and CLEAN" but when we got inside we had to vacuum because it had a lot of hair everywhere. The towels smelled quit bed. By the end of the stay the owner marked my reservation as "No show" so I couldn't leave a review for the property, so I had to contact booking.com in order to cancel that and also to receive my reward from a promotion I used for this reservation.
