Appartmet was beautiful, quite roomy, with super comfy bed and good bathroom. View! Kitchenette well equipped.

Was not problem for us, but - if you have bad legs or weak heart, then maybe too much stairs when hot day.

The host met us with a very warm welcome, this is always a great start to a holiday. The view was unbelievable, the pictures don't do it justice, we can't wait to return. Overall we loved Samos, we will return, Kokkari is a great place to use as a base to explore the island.

Nothing to dislike about the property. I do think public transport could be a little better.

- Splendid view - Very clean, bright room and the room smells of cleanliness - Spacious room and plenty of storage space - Quiet area - Excellent location, very close to all the nice restaurants and cafes - Very comfortable bed - Very nice, minimalistic design, with marine decorations (such as sea shells) - someone clearly had both comfort and aesthetics in mind - Real hangers that you can take out of the closet if you need to - High-quality towels (and even the design is a Greek one) and curtains (so you don't need to close the balcony doors to keep insects away, you can just close the curtains, plus that gives you fresh air and you can fall asleep/wake up to the sound of the sea waves) - The hosts were friendly, helpful, and discreet

- The bathroom is a bit small, so it doesn't have storage space, aside from the mantel where you can keep your toothpaste and toothbrush and maybe a hairbrush; this means you need to keep your toiletries in the room, which is not very practical

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect, we were close to the beach and all the restaurants, our room had an amazing balcony with seaview. We came back to a nice and clean room every day. We could’nt wish for a better host than Theodore, he was so kind and helpful to us and we will absolutely recommend others to book at studios Loukia if they ever visit Kokkaria!

The amazing balcony view with beautiful sunsets and enjoyable for evening visit too. Kokkari is the location to stay on Samos. Owners were wonder & helpful.

Absolutely spotless, beautiful view, location. The owner, Theo is very helpful- nothing is too much trouble.

On a very minor note, bathroom in our particular room could be better as just a shower instead of bath with overhead shower as quite small but I feel I’m being really picky!
