To me it looks like Studio Loukia is the best place to stay in Kokkari. Just a bit outside the centre, quiet and yet very close to everything. The terras is the most amazing relaxation place.

"Great views and accommodation"

Location of property is perfect- right in centre of Kokkari. Hosts Theo and his wife are always so welcoming and the accommodation is always clean, fresh with lovely balconies overlooking the sea.

Nothing , been here several times and would always choose as a first option.

Very friendly and easy check-in. Perfectly appointed studio for our visit, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the port. Very easy access to the lovely restaurants and shopping nearby. Good air conditioning, so the studio was always comfortable.

Parking was somewhat difficult, due to the tiny roads and lots of cars, but that's just the nature of the town. We did have free parking in a nearby lot, though, which was great.

"Quiet, cozy, excellent view"

Location: The hotel in Kokkari is easy to find. While you can't park your rental car directly in front of the property, there is a safe public parking area just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is situated about 10-15 meters above sea level, offering an unobstructed view of the sea. Room: The room is cozy, perfect for a couple. It comes with a coffee maker, so we brought our own ground coffee and enjoyed freshly brewed coffee in the morning, all while admiring the stunning view. Nearby Restaurants: Just around the corner by the sea, there are several fantastic restaurants, all offering great views of the Aegean Sea. Cats: You're welcome to make friends with the friendly cats that often visit your porch.

We could've planned for a second night's stay instead of booking for just one night :-)
