Location is great, host is very helpful.

Bathroom is quite small.

The view from the balcony was exceptional for breakfast and dinner. The apartment had a small kitchen which was well equipped with everything you needed. The location was fantastic close to restaurants, beach, transport and shops. The owner was very helpful and staff very friendly we really enjoyed staying here.

Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to get to this wonderful location especially with luggage from the street where the taxi drops you off.

The hotel is very close to the city center, 2 minutes walking distance. If you come by car, the navigation will try to take you to the street where the hotel is, but the streets are very narrow and you won't be able to find a place to park. That's why there is a free parking lot in the center, you should park there and walk 4-5 minutes. The room we stayed in had a sea view. The view was really magnificent. Although the room was not very new, it was clean and adequate in my opinion. The shower area was a little small, but it was not a big problem. The hotel owner was very helpful, thank you.

You have to climb some stairs to reach the hotel. It is tiring when you first arrive with your suitcases. Those with knee problems should also consider this issue.

Great location in Kokkari, excellent sea view from the balcony, very clean property. Definitely recommend and hope we can come again and stay longer. Thank you Theodore!

Road directions to the property can be increased.

We have stayed in the upper rooms of the hotel. Amazing view is welcoming you from the moment you entered into the room. Very comfortable, clean and neat room. :) Highly recommended..
